The science behind it
Every modality I use is grounded in evidence-informed methodology and guided by one core principle: the body is intelligent — and when supported with the right tools, it knows how to repair and refine itself.
Whether you are here for therapeutic healing or advanced contouring, my work blends manual therapies and next-generation technologies. From cellular regeneration and lymphatic movement to fascia remodeling and fat disruption, each method is chosen to support your goals without compromising your well-being.
Below, you will find a deeper look into the science of what I use — and why it works.

Science Backed Technologies

Uses low-frequency ultrasound to target and break apart stubborn fat cells without surgery. This non-invasive method supports fat reduction and body reshaping, especially in areas resistant to diet and exercise. Best paired with lymphatic stimulation post-treatment.

Delivers gentle heat into the skin’s deeper layers to stimulate collagen production, tighten tissue, and improve skin tone. Ideal for post-weight loss skin laxity and overall skin firming.

 VACUUM RF + MECHANICAL MASSAGE
Combines suction and RF to lift tissue, release fascial tension, and improve lymphatic flow. Especially helpful for cellulite smoothing and contouring the thighs, glutes, and waist.

LASER LIPO PADS + RED LIGHT
Emits 635–660nm wavelengths to accelerate fat metabolism, reduce inflammation, and support healing after body sculpting. Passive and pain-free.

 BIO MICROCURRENT + ULTRASOUND
Low-level electrical impulses paired with ultrasound waves improve skin tone, reduce puffiness, and stimulate facial muscles for a lifted, sculpted appearance.

 COLD HAMMER & CRYO THERAPY
Cools the skin after heating treatments, reducing redness, calming inflammation, and enhancing comfort. A finishing step that locks in results and soothes tissues.
Evidence-Informed Therapies

Therapeutic Techniques in Research
Each modality I offer is grounded in peer-reviewed research, clinical studies, and the foundational principles of manual therapy. As a Manual Osteopath practicing in Alberta, I am committed to providing evidence-informed care that aligns with the highest standards of practice. I am a professional member of the National Manual Osteopathic Society and a graduate of the National Manual Osteopathic College . The resources above highlight the clinical evidence that supports the therapeutic techniques I integrate into my treatments.
